when is the next season?

Pathetic, slow, boring and I swear if this podcaster uses the word "LITERALLY" one more time...when she actually means "FIGURATIVELY" I'm going to scream. No, your jaw did NOT "literally" fall to the floor. Ridiculous!!Read full review »

I would love to give this 5 stars, but the sound quality is very “tinny” and I couldn’t get through an episode.

Ugh
I respected you until the LBP episode.

The host, Jules, is so well versed on the issues that she discusses and so well informed! Not only is her voice refreshing, she brings new perspectives to cases and issues that I’ve already heard of! I love it! Thank you for such a wonderful podcast! Keep up the great work!

I am a true crime Junkie and it’s hard to set yourself apart from other true crime podcasts , with that said, Riddle Me That! True Crime is a podcast that others could learn a lot from. It’s amazing listening to a podcast that so clearly has a host that knows her stuff. A lot of true crime...Read full review »

I tried to get through the first episode of the Rebecca Zaharia case because I was super interested in the story. But the host just sounds like she’s reading straight from a script. It doesn’t feel or sound natural or conversational. Just hard to listen to for me.

Until you shared the Murder Inc episode. That podcast (based on the episode you shared) drips in misogyny and misinformation. Watch who you endorse.

This podcast is not only very well done with excellent transitions, the stories on here are super chilling. Great host!
Rocky4Real via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 10/25/21
Well-narrated, but if you’re not interested in part one of an 8-part series, the stories and tales feel beyond pulled apart and exhausted by number 4 or 5. Would recommend to anyone if they were all 1 or 2 parts, but the narratives run out of gas here too often.
DreamStation via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 10/10/21
Too much banter. It really makes the story drag on for way too long! If they could focus on the facts more, it would be great.
landonlove via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 09/14/21
I think Jule’s heart is in the right place, but her very specific cultural context leads her to some conclusions about behaviour that are not fair to either the victims or the people that are the implied offenders. All the victims are angels. This is a bad take and actually removed the person’s...Read full review »

I got here on one of my friend's recommendation and i must say what a great podcast. I've always been a huge fan of crime stories and I listen to so many crime stories on weekly basis but i must say "Riddle me That" podcast is becoming my most favorite one. The way she unfolds...Read full review »

I’m not sure if you are purposely misrepresenting the facts in this case in favor of Darlie or if you are simply that misinformed about the case. I can only hope your listeners will branch out to get a better perspective on the evidence in this case because your representation is irresponsibly...Read full review »

Listen to the Prosecutor's podcast on Darlie R., they follow evidence, not emotion. The murder weapon came from inside the house, and then used to break in the house? That really makes sense!Read full review »

The Noah Donohoe case is the reason I chose to check this podcast out but wow, wayyyy too much talk about herself, her own views, misogyny. What does any of that have to do with Noah’s case?
TrueCrimeFanMelissa via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 08/17/21
I don’t care for how she’ll be telling the story and then stop and start talking about herself, like all the time. I want to hear about the story and that’s about it.
amp8418 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 08/15/21
Not only does the host get the facts wrong on the stories she and her co-hosts discuss, she also uses these stories to push her own, unrelated, personal beliefs on the audience. For example, she went on about how the fact that one crime victim attended Brigham Young showed how important her...Read full review »

Love this podcast! She has the most amazing guests and topics. I always learn something new or gain a new perspective. I am always excited to see a new episode in my feed. Thanks Jules!

Jules has a way of asking just the right questions so that the story unfolds naturally. She’s probing but honest in the way she digs deeper to find the answers. Amazing.

If you love true crime, this is a must on your list of podcasts. You won’t be disappointed. The show is carefully researched, entertaining, holds your interest and really makes you think about all angles.

Okay so she has a good podcast but she is also a wonderful and kind person. She reached out to me after seeing a tweet of mine about my depression and I feel so much better now by the words she spoke. Thank you so much. ! You’re what every human needs to be in life.

I’ve just subscribed and listened to the 3 part of the Madeline McCann podcast ! So factual , so clever and such an amazing voice and tone to listen to ! My new favourite!!!!

I’m interested in the stories, but can’t get past the host constantly repeating herself.
Coffeebean_junkie via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 05/31/21
Decent research but very mannered, irritating presentation. Tara Calico episodes are mainly her and Ashley Wellcome interjecting personal stories which are irrelevant but the pair are very entertained by themselves. They snigger, snort and the tone is smug and self-congratulatory. Ill-judged tone.
ELIN42 via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 05/22/21
I really enjoyed this podcast. It’s well researched, thoughtful and informative. The only thing that’s a bit distracting is that is seems that you are trying to rush through a script without taking a breath. I know there is quite a lot of subject matter to get through, but try slowing it down a...Read full review »

Kathyb527 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 04/27/21
I was really interested in some of the cases covered by this podcast but the long, drawn out personal commentary by the host and her guests make it boring and a waste of time. More time is spent on opinions than actual facts about the cases.

Host has LOTS of very strong beliefs that she finds very compelling and persuasive Not fact-based, as most often facts are unknown to Host. The host and guests talk a lot, sharing their own memories, opinions, and stories (some of them not very interesting) instead of focusing on the crime. A lot, and I mean a lot, of random chat, which waters the main story down. There is potential but don’t waste your time, there’s so much better...Read full review »

The Maura Murray episodes were well done, with credible experts and fact based discussions. The Madeline McCann episodes were just the opposite - questionable expert opinions, inflammatory statements and odd organization of the episodes. It’s like two different hosts. Proceed with caution.
CCNYC1201 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 04/07/21
Poor overview of the McCann case. Cherry picking aspects to support a coverup by the parents while ignoring other aspects that would contradict that theory. Given we know the parents were not involved it’s disappointing. The presenter sometimes has dry mouth sounds which can become hard to...Read full review »
