The increasingly habitual self indulgence of egotistical media types
Yet another in the depressing series of self indulgent emotional wallows from RadioNZ presenters who use their privileged soap boxes to whine about their tedious little lives. I’ve known a number of people who have suffered the tragedy of late miscarriage, still birth or sudden infant death. They have, with quiet courage not publicised their pain, gotten on with their lives. Now, because some media type has had such pain, suddenly it is important, attention must be paid, egos stroked, inflated. RadioNZ should get rid of these self indulgent, self promoting pretentious posturing buffoons. Public broadcasting is about information, not wasting airtime on emotional wallowing with your pals. Grow up.
