A Great Teacher
As a teacher myself, I really appreciate how great of a teacher Andrew is. Of course he's passionate about coffee, but he's also just as passionate about bringing other people into the world of coffee. For the past few weeks I've stopped all my other podcasts and audiobooks to catch up on all these episodes from the beginning. And, more importantly, after years of drinking Starbucks dark roast with whole milk and Godiva chocolate powder added in, a couple weeks ago I brewed my first ever cup of light roast that I drank black. It was an Ethiopian yirgacheffe, and I sort of freaked out because I didn't know coffee could taste that good, all fruity and winey, and I didn't know that I had the ability to drink coffee black. :)Read full review »
