Robb is the BEST for all Health Concerns
Robb Wolf's podcast is thought provoking, as his easy-to-listen-to groove guides his interviewers (that are different every show) with topics in training, health, diets, fitness and nutrition. His biochemistry background keeps it scientific and real, but he is sensitive to human tendencies and phychologies that sway our decisions. This is not his first rodeo, if you look back where he started in Seattle with the first cross-fit scene to now where he cares deeply about the governing bodies that control our food, such as the farmining and health care systems. He also, currently, lives on a farm, does jiu jitsu, learnt spanish, has a beautiful wife, and is just an all round awesome guy, who is trying to help you, and make a difference with talking about the whole picture. !!A must listen!! Its professionally done and you want to be one of his six listeners that can't be wrong...
