I was happily surprised to find such a hands-on approach to Rogue-likes and other such games. The podcast touches such a wide array of subjects!

This podcast has a very special place in my heart, roguelikes are simply not properly understood by mainstream critics, and it's a genre which requires a wealth of knowledge to cover, and even just to play. I must admit that I was slightly disappointed that in their year end wrap up they didn't...Read full review »

I like rogue likes and also this podcast but it has some technical problem which should be solved. The problem is volume sync because each episode has different volume level so one is really quiet and the other is very loud so it would be great if the volume will be the same

I searched for a roguelike podcast on a whim. Hoping, but not thinking I'd be so fortunate. Boy was I wrong, there was one and...it's great! So glad I find you guys. <3

If you are into roguelikes, or even just into game design, this podcast is for you. Totally recommended.

Overall a very good podcast with interesting, focused discussions, by people who obviously know what they're talking about.

I appreciate that this podcast is willing to go deep into an admittedly niche genre of videogames, the roguelike. Even if you don't care for the artform, I think there is a lot to be learned about game design by listening to this podcast. Not only are some of the hosts game developers themselves,...Read full review »

Cool show about a cool subject. It's nice that they don't just shoot the breeze, they have topics laid out and cover them fairly well.

Love what you guys do with your show. I'd enjoy hearing you discuss some of the stranger games out there, like UnReal World or Elona.

I enjoy listening to the interviews and reviewes. I enjoyed most the interview with Tarn Adams

While a podcast about Roguelikes would be great, Roguelike Radio repeatedly seems to do everything wrong. Keith Burgun is one of the most obnoxious people in the games industry today and most of the rest of the crew aren't much better, with self-important holier-than-thou attitudes about game...Read full review »

Cataclysm is the BEST game ever and I am so glad we were able to hear from the developer, Zachary Jenkins, aka Whales. Thanks!

This show keeps getting better as its regulars get used to the format, at this point it's pretty much amazing though. Keep up the good work! :D

Great discussion that has really opened up roguelikes to me beyond shiren and azure dreams. Covers lots of ground but I think most importantly they discuss in such a way that those not familiar with many of the games can still get alot out of this. I've only briefly played net hack, never...Read full review »

All of the people on the show are extremely thoughtful, personable, and highly knowledgeable. This is, quite literally, the only podcast that I get excited for each week. After every episode thus far, I've just wanted more. I feel like all of the people on the show have a lot of really deep...Read full review »

Very interesting discussion on a niche genre that should get more publicity!

I wasn't sure if I could handle a whole hour of roguelike discussion, let alone an hour a week, but it's actually very interesting. The guys have a good range of guests and interviews. I enjoy the discussion of the specific games branching into all sorts of aspects of game design; most (if not...Read full review »

An eclectic group of dudes bringing their own knowledge and opinions to bear on a different roguelike each episode. I'm really enjoying it.

I was pleased to finally see a podcast dedicated to this genre. I've enjoyed the discussions! I like the fact that each show focuses on a different Roguelike, it's easy to get settled into playing you favorite, so hearing more info about others encourages you to give them a try and see what you...Read full review »
