“The most consistently incisive podcast. However, while I like Chris v much, recently he and (to a lesser extent) Ugo are the ones fanning/sensationalising England’s foes like “no top teams chop and change 10/12/13 like England “ - well do you think Chris that Borthwick wants to?? It’s a bit tabloid. Poor Danny and other pundits having to go along with such flow, and poor Genge having to repeat the same point several times. I understand Chris has to try to make the pod “interesting”, but he’s trying too hard and stretches the pad to 60 minutes when only 20 was necessary. Thankfully Dawson wasn’t there to add fuel to the fire.
Johnny Beattie in the last pod and Genge in this one succinctly told him in a nutshell what the issue facing England is - so just let them get on with it Chris, stay calm and don’t fan panic. It takes time ang you’re not doing England any favours.”
