I’m always excited to listen each week. Ryan is a fantastic interviewer, and his head is filled with interesting, sharp, philosophical, hilarious, and uplifting thoughts. I’m not even religious but I love the tidbits on religion too.

Love how Ryan is open and shares on a personal level. You get what he’s learned and is learning with each topic covered. He’s also able to share his feelings about things without being dogmatic about it.

I read Ryan’s book RUN THE MILE YOU’RE IN and was blown away with his story and all the amazing words of wisdom he had not just about running but about his faith and life in general. Put in the headphone, put on your shoes, and go run with Ryan for a bit. You’re going to come away refreshed and...Read full review »

I just watched Running Brave about Billy Mills and I was in awe of his Olympic finish. I watched his final lap over and over as it gave me the chills. As I watched Sara’s finish, the same feeling came over me. What a beautiful, strong finish! I loved hearing her race recap. Well done, Sara and...Read full review »

I decided to listen to this podcast on my first run back in too long, as I’m trying to break out of a long drawn out running rut ... since I can’t run with people and chat (running conversations are the best!) because of COVID, podcasts are second best. This one was exactly what I needed to...Read full review »

Have been meaning to listen to his podcast for a while but glad I did during the quarantine. Amazingly insightful discussion about marathon strategy and fueling. Especially hearing it from a professional. This was probably one of the best running podcasts I’ve listened to over the years. Thank you!

It is a true treat and blessing to have Ryan Hall talking to all of us mere running mortals on a casual and regular basis. The topics are always relevant and help me keep my mindset as close to an elite athlete as my mere mortal training allows. Thank you Ryan!!

I loved your pre-race pep-talk. Listened to it when I was sleepless the morning before my first marathon yesterday. Struggled, but ran a BQ. Awesome messages. Also loved the pod with Sara post-Berlin.

I’m a new runner at age 56. I’ve read your book (super inspiring) and love your podcast. Great information, tips, and general encouragement. I used your mantra “all day long” on my long run Saturday and it worked like a charm.
