“I started listening to these ladies as a result of my curiosity. I was dreading that runners were improving their times, running injury free and did not lack motivation for daily runs. So I bought Galloways book and searched podcasts for Galloway. The Galloway Girls came up and of course, I had to give it a chance. I have improved my time, improve my heart rate, I am injury free and motivated to run everyday. In the podcast the ladies mix their daily life stories with reviews of their recent races/runs. In the mix they also provide advice explaining processes in the Walk/Run method. They also answer questions on IG very quickly. I only wish I would have started this running method sooner and always in the company of the Galloway Girls!”
