A million thank you’s for this podcast and normalizing the Galloway method of running. It allows such a broad spectrum of runners: all ages, sizes, abilities, enabling so many people to reach their goals. While I don’t run as fast as you, I appreciate your relatability.

I started listening to these ladies as a result of my curiosity. I was dreading that runners were improving their times, running injury free and did not lack motivation for daily runs. So I bought Galloways book and searched podcasts for Galloway. The Galloway Girls came up and of course, I had...Read full review »

Wish I would’ve found this sooner! I’m considering exploring the Galloway method for my upcoming training season and they provide realistic and valuable advice for every day runners with busy lives. Looking forward to listening to more.

I like how Naomi and Liz aren't afraid to get into the nitty gritty and say what needs to be said. I've been running since the 80s and just switched to run walk in 2022. Running has changed a lot for females in that time. But there still is so much room for improvement. Thanks for your...Read full review »

This has quickly become one of my favorite running podcasts. I learned about the Run Galloway Girls through my friend Nate at Jeff’s half marathon in March, and I wish I found them sooner so I could have said hi then. The episodes feel like you’re part of a conversation with friends, and the...Read full review »

I have been using the Galloway method for the past year or so after returning to running in my 40s and needing to ease into it. I have loved the benefits of training this way and expect I always will run and race using Galloway. I have found that at most local races almost no one else is using...Read full review »

Naomi & Liz are in my local running group and let’s just say, they are the girls you aspire to run with. They de-mystify and de-stigmatize the run/walk method, which I appreciate. How better to listen to their podcast, by running? Bravo, ladies.

Loved the first episode! I listen to a lot of running podcasts, and I can already tell this is going to be a favorite. As a recreational runner who uses the Galloway method, I can relate to the Galloway Girls and look forward to hearing more about their training and racing. Keep them coming!
