I’m at 200 pound, 5 ft 6 women, very curvy and always wanted to run but thought “I’m not built for that”. I’m on week 3 and doing runs willingly and I feel GREAT! When I finish a run I’m like hey just one more mile until 4K, 5k, etc. Thank you Kelly for this, my body and soul THANK you.
