Run to the hills weekly hit
Since lockdown happened and working from home kicked in in March 20 I’ve found myself looking forward to this brilliant podcast every week! I seriously wonder if I’m slightly addicted! I’ve even taken to shouting out Gary at xc events! I’ll have it playing on my iPad next to the laptop screen every Friday when it’s aired. The hosts Edwina and Gary are super knowledgeable, have a great rapport, have excellent guests and me being based in the North East of England (like Gary) loving the fells and trails, and being an aspiring BG rounder and (sorry Eddie but I did love your rant) having a place in the UTMB 2022, feel the show covers tons of issues that are relevant for me. If those things aren’t your bag, don’t worry there’s enough in the shows to cover all areas- race results, kit, training, nutrition and bags more. All done with real enthusiasm and ethics and managing to convey a real love for what the hosts do and have fun at the same time. Please keep going for a long time! All the best, Andy Stephenson

I have listened to every episode from the start in that time and I’m a little bit gutted now that I’m all caught up. The banter between Gary and Eddie is highly amusing and...Read full review »
