Caffeene and beet juice
I am fairly new to the Runners Connect site, but as an older masters runner, I really like the daily podcasts. I can easily find 10 minutes a day to listen to them and I get great tips and information that is useful, current and relevant and presented in a concise manner. They are not fad oriented and I can modify to suit my particular needs. Keep them coming!

As a casual runner, RC was the one resource that just changed things around for me completely. I love the daily podcast, RC just consistently creates great content.
