Your 3/29/21 podcast Re: treadmill running cleared up SO many questions for me! I’ve been trying MAF training this past winter (mostly treadmill) and felt like some progress had been made. But the first time I tried MAF outside, it was a bomb. HR shot up right away even after what I felt was a...Read full review »

Coming from the same people that do the Run to the Top podcast this is another great podcast. Short bursts of information with plenty of variety. It’s certainly helped me feel connected through lockdown!

I really enjoy this podcast. Each episode and host have their own unique flavor. I especially like the information/ science/ data of the blogs presented to me in audio form. Fantastic podcast - Thank you!

This is a great runners podcast. It is informative, but also entertaining. I usually have it queued up so that I catch up on 2-3-4 episodes near the end of a run based on expected run finish time. The short duration is great to cover a topic and end a run at the end of a podcast (ending in the...Read full review »

Hosts often cover topics that I’ve experienced or am experiencing - whether injury prevention, nutrition, or technique - so the podcast has become part of the daily commute. Some podcasts get a bit long it wordy (I’d trade Michael Hammond’s weekly fireside chat for a second practical episode...Read full review »

Lots of great info for runners of varying ability. Definitely worth a listen. All of the coaches have something to offer. However, I enjoy listening to Coach Dylan Belles’ thinking and general approach to running. Keep up the great work, extra Kick Team.

This podcast is very useful although some weeks more than others. I particularly like Dylan Belles and Haley Munn as hosts!

I like this short format and most of your presenters are very good with thought out episodes but a couple are just plain hard to listen to. Coach Claire for example is very good but Coach Haley is awful. I delete those episodes.

This podcast is great for my short morning commute. I love that it introduces so many topics that I had never considered or delved into. Topics are great. Information is too. Audio is good for most of presenters. Episode 180 audio is terrible. Sounds like she is on speaker phone & in a cave. I've been listening to this podcast for about a year now and continually learn something new from it. This is a good podcast, and while not all the hosts are as enjoyable to listen to (some could work on sounding more natural, less like they’re reading off a script), are all very knowledgeable and give good tips. I am a new runner this past year, and have learned a lot. They cover topics that reach runners on every level and distance. This daily podcast is such a bright part of my morning. I’m an intermediate runner, and didn’t find this very enlightening, every topic is just barely skimming the surface. I also don’t like that the podcaster sounds like she’s reading from a script the whole time, I couldn’t bear to listen to that anymore.
