“This was a great podcast! I ran in high school, and have been running on and off for years, however certain terms always through me for a loop and I'll lbe honest here; intimidated me. Cadence was one of them. I kind of knew what it was, in abstract terms, but didn't know how to apply it. Listening to this podcast, I not only know now how I figure out my cadence...I also know how to increase it if it's too low.
