I started listening long after they started this podcast. I listen to many podcasts about running, but few have ever hit me as personally as this one. I so enjoyed listening to the ladies get real and get specific along their journey. The highs, the lows, the funnies, and everything in between....Read full review »

UPDATE: Now that Katie is gone, I like the podcast much better. Sue still has a big mouth, but oh well. I've been listening to this podcast for a while now and I do enjoy it fir the most part. BUT...I think that maybe Katie needs to be replaced with someone who actually runs. She seems...Read full review »

Update: This podcast has not gotten any better over the years. Megan still ends every sentence with a question mark, Katie is great, but I wish she'd stick with a training plan, and then there's Sue. They could easily call this All About Sue Show. She literally laughs out loud at her...Read full review »

I love listening each week! These ladies are down to earth and face the same day to day struggles that most women face with time restrictions, family, friends, and sometimes lack of motivation. 😉 This is one of my fave podcast and I look forward to hearing how things are going with them each week.

The Runner Girls have been with me for months of my runs now, and I feel like my drive or run isn't complete without Megan, Katie, and Sue. I've triumphed with them in PR's, and mourned with them over disappointing races and injuries. These girls are relatable, funny, and well worth a...Read full review »
