We received a question in our first Q&A we're Line wanted to be able to run with a lower heart rate. We did our best to answer her question but without a test result it was purely speculation. On the 8th episode of Runners FM we are delighted to be joined by Luke Way from ISOCAPNIC. Luke and his team has done thorough testing on elite athletes and been able to concluded that a lot of them are limited by their respiratory system.
