Excellent and effective!
Love this podcast! Sam and Jessie are excellent trainers, and these workouts are terrific. The videos in the show notes are super helpful, as are their cues during the exercises. Each episode keeps me on track, improves my form, and gives me a great workout. The 4-week workout plan through their website has been giving me stability and pushing my strength all summer (I’ve done it twice!). Looking forward to more. Super grateful I found this amazing resource.

Sometimes all I need is a little extra motivation to help me stay with my workout at the gym! I love the concept and Sam is so great at explaining the movements and exercises! It’s almost like having my favorite workout buddies with me at the gym.

Sam does such a good job of describing the movements and correct body positions. I’ve tried other apps where they count on you to watch the instructor, which makes it hard for me to keep up and enjoy my workout, plus that means I’m looking down at my phone the whole time. I loved having the instruction in my ear. It helped keep me focused and on task. I also loved the links to the instructional videos in the description.
