The instruction for each movement is super clear and I loved that it keeps me on track—Sam counts the reps and the rest and so all I have to do is focus on moving as well as I can. I was through the strength section and halfway into the HIIT portion before I knew what happened. It really was like having a personal trainer in my ear the whole time.
