I have health podcast fatigue with all its protocols and optimising and hosts who talk about themselves rather too much. Saving Lives is just a pocket-size podcast on general topics in a lovely tone of voice. I always want it to be longer then realise that’s why it works- it’s not like the ones...Read full review »

Introduced to Dr. Panda via Dr. Rangan Chatterjee’s Feel Better Live More podcast. Both are outstanding functional medicine MDs from the UK. I enjoy Dr. P’s mix of medical topics, informatively conveyed in concise, understandable layman terms yet research-based. Most episodes are about 20 minutes...Read full review »

Episode 100 has prompted me to write my first ever review, after years of listening to podcasts. The emotional insight provided in this episode is something everyone needs to understand. Thank you for your work in sharing your knowledge. Keep up the valuable work, Doctor.

Your calming voice alone is wonderful to hear but the way that you bring so much non-judgmental information in such a short space of time is priceless. I am in the middle of dealing with a lot of trauma through the work of Gabor Mate and also IFS therapy which Rangan Chatterjee introduced us all...Read full review »

I learn something useful in every episode. The episodes are just the right length - not too long, not too short. Dr Ayan explains it in a way that I understand. And yes I did buy his book, which was well worth it.

More symptom focussed content would be great. Perhaps covering the 10 most common presentations to general practice. Excellent podcast. Nice voice 👍

I really enjoy how effectively these podcasts make me observe, reflect and evaluate topics. They have a ripple effect for some time and change perspective, questioning and openness. This is very valuable in a world where you are constantly told what to think, do etc. Thank you Radhika Vohra

Good things come In small packages, this is essentially the vibe I get from these podcasts. It is easy to become overwhelmed and head down the rabbit hole of information overload with these topics. Dr Panja succeeds in giving practical and relatable advice related to living a healthy life.

This was easy to listen to and absorb. The 3 episodes I’ve listened to so far have been pitched at us as patients and have been thought provoking. They are also gently motivating, in a non- pushy way. There’s plenty of practical advice on living the life that you’d like to.

It’s interesting to hear another GP’s perspectives on behaviour change, so much is eluded to in this episode that it’s worth a second listen. Very thought provoking. I’m looking forward to the rest of the series.
