It is no longer a time to be a bystander and claim it isn't our problem. If we are not fighting against inequality regardless of skin color then we are in fact a part of the problem itself. In this episode my hope is to ignite a fire in you to join the fight and end racism. Stand up for what is right.

We always need to do what's best for ourselves. That includes surrounding yourself with the right people and maintaining the best relationships for you. Cleansing toxic relationships is a hard part of life, but truly necessary. If they're not playing a good role in your life, then it's time to realize you're only inhibiting yourself.

Some of us walk around daily not proud of who we are or what we accomplish. Seems that most we do just isn't good enough. Stop. From big to small, past to present, be proud of who you are and what you do. Having pride in yourself is vital to a positive life.

A lot of us could use someone to say goodnight to us. It's always a good thing to hear some positive reinforcement right before bedtime. If you're alone, have any kind of depression, anxiety, PTSD, then this could be the podcast for you. Or even if you're not alone, it's always nice to hear something uplifting right before you take on a brand new day. Give it a listen, you never know how much it can help.
