The show would be much better without the weird character voices. I always end up fast forwarding those parts because I can’t stand them. The rest of the show is great and very enjoyable.

Maureen and Dan sound like good people (as my review title subtly implies) and their podcast is funny, informative, and compassionate. It’s especially relevant for me as Dan and his family are travelling this summer, and my husband and I are also road-tripping, although not with two kids.

This podcast was (and still very much is) a wonderful, brilliant vent and restorative. Dan and Maureen are both thoughtful and very funny and its lovely to spend an hour in their company once a week. After four years this podcast is still a great joy and truly engaging - and one day we’ll all get...Read full review »

I've been listening on and off for a year or so but have been a fan of Maureen's for a decade or so. Dan is also great and the two have a really enjoyable rapport. If you want a current events show with some biting wit... Tune in!Read full review »

Maureen was such a fan of the Worst Idea Of All Time podcast that she stumbled backward into the same concept, but here, each season lasts four years. It’s more of an ill-advised blood pact than it is either a podcast or a coping strategy. We live in the basement of a burned down Arby’s, and...Read full review »

Sometimes we need a little bit of nonsense while taking in the news.

Thank you for helping as we all make our way through this difficult and strange time. As someone who witnessed Maureen pouring large amounts of water into her indestructible high school uniform skirt, this week’s episode had me close to tears. It was much needed! I love my school (and Dan and...Read full review »

Not only is Says Who a wonderful coping strategy for these bewildering times, the Says Whovians have created a wonderful supportive community. Do yourself a favor and dive in.

I’ve been listening since the original “8 week plan” and it’s been my solace these past 4 years of the Cheeto Administration. Dan and Maureen are hilarious and bring me terrifying news in as fun a way as they can. Filled to the brim with inside jokes, bits, and analysis of weird foods, it’s one...Read full review »

Not only is this podcast sticky, it will make you laugh, cry, and scream “IS THIS REAL LIFE???” Come for the courtroom re-enactments, stay for the deep dives into presidential food preferences. I look forward to Wednesdays because it means a new episode (and Sundays because it means a bonus...Read full review »

Maureen’s books got me through my adolescence (and continue to bring me much comfort and joy), and Dan&Maureen have gotten me through my early twenties with this podcast. As an Australian with family living in the US, it is one of my resources to stay up to date but also just so so comforting...Read full review »

Delightfully zany. I love these two and their humorous dissection of the ridiculous reality of American politics.

I’ve been listening to this podcast since it’s first episode, and I cannot overstate how much of a bright spot in every week it has been these last nearly four (FOUR?!) years! Dan and Maureen have been a bright spot in my week every week (or biweekly when that was the schedule) since the Way Before Times aka the late summer/fall of 2016. They are an absolute delight, and I recommend Says Who to everyone I know.

This podcast is a tiny oasis of sanity in the worst timeline we are in right now. Spending an hour a week with Dan and Maureen is like hanging out with a couple of awesome friends who help you verify that, yes, things are incredibly f-d up right now. But we are in this together. It’s an excellent...Read full review »

This is about as close as I can get to the ‘touching a hot stove’ experience that is following US politics. Says Who? helps me feel like I’m staying informed without having to hate myself after catching up.

Listening to your show pulls be back to reality from the continuous drama coming from the crazy man in the White House. Thank you for the coping strategy.

Feel bereft after the 2016 election? Wonder how you can keep up with the news? Not sure how to get through the fog? Says Who is for you. Dan and Maureen are fantastic, two people who care about the world and what’s going on. US elections and Brexit dont have a chance against them

For the life of me I can’t follow all the ins and outs of current day politics, and so this podcast is a godsend. Not only does it break down simply what’s happening, but it’s also laugh out loud funny!

This podcast gets me through the week breaking down the horrors of the news cycle into sanity sized chunks. Or atleast recognizes when there is no sanity to be found. Great rants, SaysWhosterpiece Theater, and dillusions of Blue Apron sponsorship all make this a special place to visit

I don’t leave reviews, but I am now because of Meet us by the Pyramid.
