Excellent. But a few criticisms.
Great podcast. But a few points: 1. Almost every show is about Coronavirus, immigration or visas or something political. More variety wouldn’t go amiss. Less of a focus on really serious topics, and something lighter from time to time would be nice. 2. They often have the English interviewee speaking in the background which makes it hard to focus on the Japanese. I for one can’t concentrate on two languages at once! 3. It’s not intermediate listening as someone has claimed. I’ve got Japanese N1 so I should know. If this is intermediate I’d hate to hear that person’s version of advanced! 4. Having a transcript would really help. 5. It’s pretty much the same as listening to Japanese talk radio, so it doesn’t really set itself apart as a podcast for studying Japanese in that sense. You could just listen to the news in Japanese and get pretty much the same thing, but this has a narrower range of topics (see point 1).
