Description
Connie Lo one of the co-founders of Three Ships. You may or may not have heard of them before, they are a Canadian based brand that specialises in natural skincare.
Three Ships do an incredibly good job at being inclusive, open and transparent so I was keen to dig into it a little more with Connie and talk about how Three Ships are building a brand that is humanised, that is relatable and that is transparent in everything they do.
In this episode we got personal and spoke about Connie’s journey to skincare, upbringing and how the support from her parents has helped her to become successful. We also spoke about race and Connie growing up in a predominantly white community which she now incorporates into the brand and her role as a leader.
