Sophie Habboo, star of Made In Chelsea and now co-host of the Nearly Weds and Wednesdays We Drink Wine podcasts.  With reality TV bigger than it ever has been and us being so exposed to peoples lives on social media I wanted the chance to speak with Sophie about her life behind the scenes, to find out a little bit more about who she is and what life is really like when you’re on a reality TV series that so many of us watch every single week.  As well as chatting about being in the lime light we talk at length about the importance of self care and putting yourself and your body first.
