Hermonie Olivia is a serial entrepreneur, the CEO of JSHealth, a social media presence, a wife and mum to be.  If that didn’t explain it…Hermione is someone that is amazing at balance, she spins a ton of plates at any one time so I was keen to sit down and discuss how she manages to be successful and fit it all in, not only in her work life but in her personal and self care lifes too. She is someone that is an absolute powerhouse, she’s built businesses, travelled the world, relocated to another country, spend time working on herself and is now living a life that she has self made through taking the time to put herself first.  JSHealth is obviously a huge part of Hermione’s life so we go into the brand itself but we chatted a lot about the importance of building a happy, motivated and driven team. One thing we talked at length about was self care, Hermoine’s journey with it and the practises that she has put into place to become a more confident version of herself.
