Jamelia Donaldson is a beauty founder and entrepreneur of Treasure Tress, Europes largest subscription box for naturally kinky, curly hair. She posts a lot on her social media pages about empowerment, loving yourself as you are and really celebrating being enough be being you..so as soon as I came across her profile I knew that she had to be on the podcast.  She has a really realistic approach to mindset, entrepreneur ship and self love which I find refreshing in a space where we are bombarded with content and insight into how we should all live and love ourselves. Jamelia seems to have created her own version of what self empowerment means and I found it really interesting to dig into it.  We go through the journey of how Treasure Tress was built, mainly from Jamelia’s own frustrations and experiences of the lack of hair care available to her. She shares the risks that she took along the way and believing in herself to create a business and a life that she loves living.  If there is one thing to take away from this episode, its to remove all of the pressure that you are putting on yourself to be perfect, to be like them, to constantly practise self love and to just learnt o be yourself.
