I love this podcast. As an aspiring building level principal, I learn so much on the structures and systems I will need to have in place one day. Robyn is a wealth of knowledge for any school leader.

Dr. Robyn is so knowledgeable. I love her approach. I recently joined Buildership and I feel seen and safe. Soak up this podcast and anything she offers for free which is so much content. She is so generous. One convo and I was ignited. The result? Great improvement in student outcomes.

As a new leader, the information, mindset and topics have been relevant and engaging. The 5-10 minutes of promotion every episode takes away from the podcast.

I’ve really enjoyed learning more about will drivers and how they motivate me, the people I work with and especially the children in my class. I’m looking forward to listening to more podcasts on my drive to school. :)

I tried to listen to these podcasts, and I want to learn and grow more in these topics. However, she is constantly promoting her builder’s lab. I feel like I’m listening to marketing efforts more than I’m actually growing within these topics.

Great content that is relevant to my leadership experience. This podcast causes me to think critically and apply what is taught to practice. Please stop continually promoting builders lab. I would be more engaged and listen more if this wasn’t constantly brought up for extended amounts of time.

I was introduced to "Never Work Harder than Your Students" and shortly thereafter to "Never Underestimate Your Teachers" a few years ago and, as a new administrator, I found both books to be tremendously helpful. I attended Builder'sLab in 2018 with my Lower School...Read full review »

I was introduced to these podcast by a fellow instructional leader. They are awesome and going to shape my new role next year. It was great to hear there is something beyond a leader. I’ll admit in my years as a grade chair I have been judgmental. I couldn’t influence those judged. So powerful! I...Read full review »

I love a podcast that provides great tips but also addresses the "Why?". While it is helpful and generous for School Leadership Reimagined to offer such practical tips, this podcast fires my sense of purpose and gives me reason to use these great tips and ideas. Thank you!Read full review »

I’m a new department chair at a middle school after spending 17 years as a secondary and post secondary teacher. It’s been an eye opening experience and I will admit that up until this point I’ve been very judgmental in my approach. Your podcasts are helping me to develop the skills to become an...Read full review »

This episode unwraps 6 key Early Warning Signs that your culture is turning toxic. Robyn unveils each toxicity type to give leaders opportunity to really SEE if these are festering in their own environments. I came into the world of Dr. Jackson by happenstance. I somehow became connected to her through Linkedln. I listened to one of her webinars on effective classroom observations and completed her four week course on the Feedback Fastrack. I went into it not truly expecting much, but I wanted to...Read full review »

Listened to podcasts 1-4 in last day and a half and am just sorry I didn’t find a month ago. Really solid. Was particularly intrigued by podcast #4 and the call to be curious not furious! I accept the challenge and look forward to seeing growth!!!

Thanks so much for making this amazing podcast! I had always heard that famous Maya Angelou quote used as a dismissive judgement, not as a way to better understand those around us...
