Genuine Enthusiasm for Science Fiction
This is the one podcast I am always the most eager for a new episode from. Luke Burrage reads and reviews a good variety of Science Fiction books, many of which are classics and gives his honest, and interesting opinion on the characters, writing style, science (or lack thereof) and many other factors that make up the novels he reviews. He is not influenced by any particular hype around a book or author – as best evidenced in his fantastic review of “Snow Crash”. His enthusiasm for the gene shines through as he reviews the book and it is part of the pleasure of listening to him.Read full review »

Your review of The Way of Kings by Brandon Sanderson was absolutely awful. Not in score, 4 stars is about right, but your actual review was storming terrible. I can't believe how long you took talking about cursing, spren and your storming opinion on sexism. Storm off.
