Short, concise and informative
Scott Iardella does a fantastic job of presenting both the latest research and also older research that still holds value, in a way that is easy to follow, whilst evaluating the studies on their merits, limitations, and also practicality in terms of the field and also at a more recreational level. Often even leading practitioners and information sources, I find, forget to include the importance of research and providing a sound rationale in their exercise prescriptions. This short information dense podcast does a great job of concisely conveying information about research which is often inaccessible to the public without costly journal subscriptions.
