“The simple fix to make this truly great it to swap the order of the 2 formats. The way it's currently constructed is like having final jeopardy before regular jeopardy.
It's like the fighters do all this hard intensive arguing only to get to a quick action round that takes infinitely less skill to win.
The lightning round should be done to kick off the show at 1 point per answer then the debate questions should follow worth 2 points or more per question.
As it stands currently, it's just a backwards show that makes the meat of it(the debates) seem pointless when the thoughtless lightning round determines the winner.”Read full review »
