Fascinating inside look at scripts and writing
I'm not an aspiring screenwriter, and have little interest in becoming part of Hollywood. However, I love movies and enjoy learning about how they are made. I love this podcast for the behind-the-scenes view of scripts, how things move from ideas to film, and how the writing and review process works. I also like how encouraging the hosts are to their listeners, and the refreshingly genteel tone when discussing other people's work. It gives the impression that these are people interested in honing their craft, and exploring writing. If you've ever wanted to learn how stories are turned into scripts, and why a script is a different beast than a story, you should listen to this podcast.Read full review »
