“You really nailed it. I was not raised in the church and was blessed to hear this very teaching at the age of 30 when I became a follower of Jesus. It made sense then and it resonates as truth 40 years later. The church folks tried to orient me into sin management but those verses kept sidling up to me; I no longer live but Christ lives-inhabits in me. All things have passed away and all things have become new…The term born from above has been trivialized and become part of the evangelical grab bag of trite phrases. Yes and amen to you when you state there is NO separation between us and God. Teach on brother!”
