Story telling is a powerful and cathartic experience. It is deeply embedded within us as humans. No one knows this more than Sara Correll. As a drug and alcohol counselor working closely with Veterans, she witnessed first hand, the positive effects of storytelling. When Veterans share their story with others that understand, empathize, and can relate, we are opening the doors to healing and growth. The Power of our story offers live and remote group meetings to help the Veteran, Active Duty, and 1st Responder Communities come together to help forge resilience and build a sense of community support.
