Intersectional garbage
Notice the word “power” in the title. This is merely another postmodernist attempt to posit hot trash. No one is hiding history. A “new story” hardly describes the nonsense these fools are contriving to heighten division. 1619 is fiction, read a history book and end the hateful rhetoric and oppression olympics. Yikes!

I was immediately hooked as I started listening. For too long these stories have been put to the side and not talked about. We can never forget what happened. Thank you so much Dr. Kidada and team for sharing your knowledge with us all. Knowledge is power.

This is a riveting podcast. It sheds light on the stories of enslaved and recently freed people. It is amazing to hear accounts from letters and documents that the formerly enslaved or recently emancipated wrote or dictated THEMSELVES. Highly recommend!

Really interesting podcast. As a white Canadian, I’ve only come across reconstruction history in movies or TV. The podcast felt like I was attending a history class and I really enjoyed having a chance to learn. Thank you!
