Excellent Resource
If you are serious about cycling, once you get past gear infatuation, you have to think about serious, structured training. Damien does a great job exploring topics around coaching and training approaches, performance evaluation and learning from seasoned pros. He does touch on gear, but rarely gets caught up in fads. I always get something useful out of each podcast, often things I can work into my training. My only criticism is that he sometimes gets a little too caught up in "the cult of suffering," but overall this is an excellent podcast.Read full review »
