We cannot just forget a group of muscles in our body. This is especially true if we are working with people with hip or low back pain.  Those who are more sedentary, more frail, strain more with daily tasks are at higher rates of pelvic issues.  That means that you, as fitness forward clinicians, are already doing pelvic WELL. We just need to fill in a couple of gaps.
