“Our daughter was recently evaluated and we found out she has SPD. When your child is struggling, it’s just really heart wrenching. I had no idea what type of resources I needed or where to even start. I happened across OTButterfly and wow. I love her Instagram stories and this podcast is awesome. The episodes are a quick listen that cover so many relevant topics and provide good info/tips. I also appreciate the fact that not everything is sugar coated, because navigating this is just really hard and it feels refreshing to have a parent and expert just be real about the frustration and hard moments.”
