This week Precious holds down the fort while Mel is away at the Halifax Comedy Festival. Phil Luzi, Precious’s BFF and hilarious comedian comes and talks about growing up in Stoney Creek, Cabbage Patch themed birthdays and having a round bed.

Precious and Mel consider her the Patron Saint of single parenting, the unicorn of guests, and if you don’t know who she is, she’s Dean McDermott’s ex, aka Tori Spelling’s husband aka she’s the one he left to be with Tori (after Tori and Dean worked together for three weeks on a Lifetime movie). Did I mention they had a child and were in the process of adopting one?...

We talked to Humble Howard Glassman on our podcast and now we get his daughter, Spencer’s, take: on the divorce, getting sober, stand-up, and finding her path. All this and she just turned 20. Intimidating, funny, and precocious, it’s fascinating to talk to a young woman at the start of her adulthood.

This week we talk to comedian Fiona O’Brien about moving to Ontario from her extended family in Dublin, splitting from her husband, and taking up stand-up for reals at 40! She is currently blowing up the comedy scene and has a new boyfriend. All this with three kids!!
