I honestly love all the content released by ‘SheKnows’😭 But my favorite episode has to be the self love one. It was eye opening. I don’t think I really knew what the true definition of self love was, until I listened to this. My soul feels refreshed and I’m ready to hear more !!!!!!!

Absolutely loved this episode on self love. A reminder to take responsibility for where I want to be regardless of what society thinks/ says, to always be in tuned with myself not ignoring my gut feelings.

This episode was so relatable in regard to taking that, constantly contemplated, leap of faith towards something you truly believe in and truly investing yourself in showing up to that belief.
