Inspiring, Grounding, Accepting
I love Sara's podcast, especially when I need a break from the rumble and tumble of daily life. I find the episodes illuminating, gentle, and an open invitation to slow down and ponder deeper rhythms and truths. The guests, often women, seem to consistently be living from and within the integrity of their bodies. The teachings offered from these places are full of beauty and hopes for our collective healing. Highly recommend!Read full review »

Sara is a special teacher, we are so lucky to have access to her offerings in this way. She is one of the most deeply authentic and wise teachers I have ever studied with and I eagerly gobble up every new episode of this wonderful podcast! ❤️
