Best fitness podcast I’ve found!
I stumbled upon Taylor’s podcast about a week after her first episode and I’ve listened to each one since. I’m not a crossfit girl like she is but love weightlifting and fitness in general. Taylor brings new and original content to each podcast she shares, she reminds me to not take myself too seriously (something I tend to do), and this isn’t a boring podcast people! She makes each podcast so relatable, fun, and to the point!

I absolutely love love love Taylor’s podcast!! We need more women lifting other women up in this world and that’s exactly what she does! Topics are all relevant and her voice is easy to listen to.

I religiously listen to the podcast as part of my cool down at the gym - even managed to get my training partner to listen. The no nonsense approach is both refreshing and inspiring without making you feel sh** about yourself ❤️
