I just found Taylor when I was looking for fitness podcasts and have been loving every one of her episodes. While not what I was searching for, it was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Her messages for adjusting my mindset and attitude are so perfect!

I especially love how REAL Taylor is with her approach - it isn’t all about diet or exercise & you can’t go overboard without going crazy. She tells it like it is, whether it’s what you wanted to hear or not. It’s one of my favorite podcasts lately!
