Taylor is dropping some serious knowledge in this podcast. I think this was the missing component on my pursuit of health, fitness and overall happiness! The episode on cravings and being an “over do-er” resonated so well with me. Can’t wait to keep listening and unlocking more areas to improve upon on my own journey.
