Tim and Jesse, intrigued by the deteriorating structure of American politics, go on the warpath against MSNBC, the punditry class, and take on the final boss...Neoliberalism. 

In the midst of a pop culture drought, our plucky crew finally finds a space to talk about Lovecraft, and attempt to tie his work to a discussion of nature, both human and otherwise. Also, we got very angry at MSNBC at the the end. 

With the help of returning guest Tamar Salibian, Jesse and Tim court controversy by going in on white feminism. We also talk around the Iowa caucuses, socialism, and issues of identity. Politics, baby!

To round out a month of incredible work ethic on our part, we relax with an almost two hour long conversation centering Alan Moore's seminal comic about averting nuclear war and its TV followup about white supremacy. Very chill stuff!

In the face of media blackout and repression, Tim interviews Sam, who is on the ground in Ecuador, about the context and history of the IMF in Latin America and the recent state of exception, mass arrest and murder of protestors. This is essential. Ecuador needs our help.

Absent Gabe, Tim and Jesse discuss Tim's fantastic article on the gladiator fights in California prisons, as well as the rotten discourse in cinema. These topics have nothing to do with one another, but the content mill must churn on!
