Perfect and natural
I enjoyed this short morning meditation very much. I especially liked that it was done in an environment that wasn’t perfectly quiet. It was a good practice for me to briefly notice the sounds and go back to breathing. The breathing exercises kept my mind from wandering too much. It felt very natural and normal. I’m trying to learn to meditate anywhere, not just a “perfect” setting.

I wish I never listened to this as my morning meditation this morning.. 6 minutes in there were dogs barking and then what seemed to be a baby crying? Distracting background noises eg. Dogs barking, TV. Speaks a little quickly to be calming.
