“I enjoyed this short morning meditation very much. I especially liked that it was done in an environment that wasn’t perfectly quiet. It was a good practice for me to briefly notice the sounds and go back to breathing. The breathing exercises kept my mind from wandering too much. It felt very natural and normal. I’m trying to learn to meditate anywhere, not just a “perfect” setting.”
