Straight into the breathing exercise which is great. Counting is at pace that I like. Ends abruptly and encourages you to get up and on with your day. Will use this often.

But unfortunately the immense amount of background sounds is beyond distracting. Perhaps using a headset or earbuds to record this would help lessen all the crying and barking and television set noise.
