I cried in Walmart parking lot
Just finished the Taylor Jenkins Reid episode, and I dissolved into relieved, empowered tears. This meant so much to me as a working Mom who LIVES for her work. I had amen-ed like 50 things, but her description of how she’s not the “play on the ground with Legos” Mom made me feel so normal. That exact situation has happened to me. I’ve been berating myself and haven’t found many other Moms to relate to on this. Thank you thank you for making me feel seen!

I’m a feminist. I am here for smart women working their butts off to make headway in this world.
