This is not a holiday-themed review… but Shrimp and Crits has amazing holiday specials. Nice segue, me. Anyways, this is a grade-A show with fantastic characters, storylines, lore, and jokes. The characters’ actions have real consequences, good and bad, which helps you feel invested each time...Read full review »

I’ve been burning through episodes of Shrimp and Crits, which I discovered via the Actual Playce Discord. Love the crew, characters and setting so much!

OK, I have been called out on the podcast of which I am honored. I have added a 5 star rating. As I have communicated with Ian, I found my way to your production by way of my friends at the Gimme Da Loot podcast. The writing, and role playing, on Shrimp and Crits is simply world class. For bonus...Read full review »

My favorite kind of podcast is some friends just hanging out and kicking it. If they are also playing a TTRPG, that’s just more fun. I like it. I love it. I want more of it.

This podcast is my first experience with any TTRPG, and I love it. The cast makes me laugh out loud at least once an episode and I’ve really fallen in love with the characters. This is hands down the funniest Monster of the Week podcast out there. It has the perfect ratio of character and plot, but they don't take themselves too seriously. Katie, Ryan, and Cap have an electric dynamic; and Ian is the witty glue that holds it all together. A must listen to new and...Read full review »

Shrimp & Crits set an incredible example for the actual play community. Their story is heart-warming, exciting, and laugh out loud funny. Don’t let the laid back Floridian vibes fool you, this adventure is going places. Tune in dang it!

This series is a very funny listen and I got so invested while listening to it on my night shifts. It's so bingable and I was laughing and gasping in front of my coworkers and not caring at all. Listen to it or the Florida sharks will get you!Read full review »

Tired of the usual ttrpg (table top role playing) ? With this group of friends they try to solve mysteries and unusual monsters with a gator man! Full of amazing ideas and raccoons stealing microwaves. It’s so good it’s making my day each episode

Distinctly southern, and delightfully suspenseful! Gullacochica has a unique flavor, seasoned with an array of wonderful characters. The players and keeper work together so well. Sarah is such a great Mundane character, and a perfect audience surrogate.
