Like a good friend
It’s hard to rate something as voluminous as a podcast that’s been running for several years. You may pick an episode that doesn’t really apply to you in your situation, or… it could be an episode that kicks your life off into a whole new, healthier direction. I’ve been a listener for at least 3 years now and I can say that usually there are plenty of gems in each episode. And there are certain ones that I go back and listen to again and again. Dr. Aziz is genuine, speaks vulnerably about his own mistakes, failures, successes. He doesn’t talk down to you. He speaks like a good friend; honestly, warmly, and sincerely interested in your well-being. I went back and listened chronologically from the beginning. You can do that too, or use the search feature to look for topics that interest you. I will say, the music is a bit jarring (and maybe cheesy at times), but once you get to know Dr. Aziz, it’s kind of funny because it’s authentic. There’s a lot of promotion of live events, but this is his business after all and I feel like I get a lot of value despite that. Friends that I’ve recommended episodes to have fully enjoyed them and some have become subscribers.

This show is phenomenal! Way to Go Aziz! One of the most life changing shows I listen to during my runs in the park! I live in South Florida. You have done amazing work here and your portfolio of topics I think is unmatched. My all time fav episode: Steve chandler on reinventing yourself !
