In this week's episode, I wanted to delve into what steps one can take to forgive oneself for dropping the ball and hurting themselves and others. We're human and, to be human is to err so, since I love solutions more than fixating on problems, I'd like to focus on what one can do to step back into action more resolute and ready to face life.
I also tackle monotasking cause in a time where we need to be more present and seek wholeness in our experiences, having a split focus on the things you love and seek to build better with and for, we need to zone in and get things done. So we unitask now. Multitasking is a lie.
